Why are U.S. Rents Still Rising? Cities with Fast Rising Rents, Wage Growth + Economy Update

We look at how the cost of rent is still increasing and some possible reasons why. Wage growth has picked back up and demand for housing has been strengthened with the lower mortgage rates that have emerged in recent months.
